 Mill farm offers a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern living... once you find us ( not easy first time so do ask ) - you'll see why we keep ourselves such a secret location .. hidden in a little valley, sheltered in a walled garden and overhanging orchard you can relax outside on a sunny day to the peaceful lilt of nature, or if a little chilly retreat indoors to the quaint heart of a traditional yorkshire farmhouse with inglenook fireplace and candle lit tables.
    
We endeavour to make dining simple with easy choices, no hidden extras and endless service - we just want you to relax and enjoy yourselves.

We aren't going to show you too much or it'll spoil the surprise, but here is a taster ..
 
 
 
All our main meals are £10 including dessert and drinks.
 

Traditional afternoon tea

A three tier stand of assorted sandwiches, fresh homemade scones, cloted cream and jam, fruitcake with cheese and endless tea or coffee.
 
Ploughmans Lunch
a filling platter of salads, pickles, cheeses and ham served with bread and followed by a choice of scone or fruitcake and endless tea or coffee.

Roast Potato
a generous platter of your choice, chicken stew, beef stew, chilli, beans, cottage cheese, melted cheese, white chicken, served with coleslaw, bread and followed by a choice of scone or fruitcake and endless tea or coffee.

 Yorkshire Pudding
a simple yorkhire pud filled with your choice, chicken stew, beef stew, chilli, or white chicken, served with bread and followed by a choice of scone or fruitcake and endless tea or coffee.
 
Salad bowl
a large bowl with your choice of chicken, salmon, prawn. beef, ham, or cheese, served with bread and followed by a choice of scone or fruitcake and endless tea or coffee.

Soup & Scone : Any hot soup of the day served with a chunk of bread and then a Scone with Cream & Jam, or fruitcake ..£8.50

Soup & all: a complete hearty meal of soup, with a mixed selection of sandwiches and Scone with Cream & Jam,  or our traditional fruitcake. £10.50

We suggest you let us surprise you with a seasonal mix of different fillings, but if you prefer : you may specify a choice of any 4, 2 being meats and 2 the remaining fish, cheeses or salad. (Vegetarians may of choose any  4)  If you prefer all meats then we do have to surcharge .50p
